I created Each Element out of a simple belief: the better we understand ourselves, the more compassionately we can care for ourselves.
Astrology offers a fascinating way to explore that understanding. Through the elements, planets, and patterns in our birth charts, we can begin to recognize parts of ourselves we may not have fully understood, appreciated, or accepted.

I believe your birth chart is your birthright to explore. It's a personal map filled with fascinating insights into your emotional needs, relationships, strengths, and the many ways you experience the world.
Through personalized astrology readings, I offer a space to explore those insights with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind.
I don't believe astrology should tell you who to be or what decisions to make. Instead, I see it as an opportunity to recognize patterns, consider new perspectives, and develop a greater appreciation for the person you already are.
Because the more deeply we understand ourselves, the more intentionally we can choose how we move through life.

Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Barbara
My relationship with astrology began with curiosity and gradually grew into something much more meaningful: a way to better understand myself and appreciate the many layers of who we are.
What fascinated me most wasn't simply what the stars could reveal, but how understanding our individual nature could change the way we see, appreciate, and care for ourselves.
That curiosity led me to study at the Rebecca Gordon Astrology School, where I deepened my understanding of birth charts, planetary influences, and the four elements that make up our astrological language.
Before founding Each Element, I spent more than 15 years working in public relations, talent management, and brand partnerships. Much of my career has revolved around people, understanding their stories, building meaningful relationships, and appreciating what makes each person unique. In many ways, that same curiosity is what drew me to astrology.
At the heart of Each Element is a philosophy I hold close: self-discovery isn't about becoming someone else. It's about learning to embrace the qualities that make us who we are.
I believe exploring our dominant element is a wonderful starting point. When we begin to recognize our natural tendencies rather than resist them, we create more room for self-acceptance. And when we feel at ease with those qualities, our sense of self-worth strengthens.
Understanding and appreciating our innate value allows us to move toward our purpose with greater clarity and confidence.
